About
Quit tooling for nicotine pouches that works without an account, wrapped in an anonymous board that is not open yet. Built by one person. The tone is on purpose: nobody here is your patient.
What leaves your device
- Your habit, plan, pouches, cravings, streaks: nothing. They live in this browser's storage.
- Your identity: a random id created here. It is never sent anywhere in the clear.
- Sync: nothing, because there is none. An encrypted cross-device sync is built and switched off until local-only turns out not to be enough. If it is ever switched on it carries ciphertext only, keyed by a passphrase we never see.
- Your IP address: never stored raw. Abuse controls use a salted hash.
- Analytics: off in this deployment. When on, it is cookieless page counting (Plausible) served through this site's own domain — no third-party cookies, no identifiers, no ad networks. You can switch it off below; the setting stays on this device and is never part of your data.
- A one-time bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) would run only if sync were switched on. No page loads it today. That is the only other third-party script the site is allowed.
Where your data lives
- In this browser's storage, on this device. Not on a server. Clear the browser, lose the log.
- Safari deletes it. After seven days of using Safari without visiting this site, Safari removes the site's storage — unless the site is installed on your home screen. Chrome and Firefox do not do this, but any browser can evict storage when space runs low.
- What to do about it: install it (Share, then Add to Home Screen on an iPhone), and back it up. The dashboard makes an encrypted file and a QR under “Your data”, asks again every week, and warns after two.
What this refuses to be
- A clinic. Nothing here is medical advice. Nicotine figures are what the can says is contained, not what you absorb.
- A shop. We do not sell, recommend or link to nicotine products, and never will.
- A wellness app. No journeys, no badges for opening the app, no push notifications begging you back.
- A social network. No profiles, no followers, no karma. The board, when it opens, is anonymous by default.
Small print that matters
- Days are your device's calendar days. Crossing time zones can shift a boundary by a day.
- Streaks and shields are recomputed from what you logged. Editing history can lower a best streak. That is correct.
- An export is only as safe as your passphrase. Lose it, lose the file. There is no recovery.
